  Josh, Carl, & crew are absolute professionals! Took great care of my vehicle and ensured I was able to get the tires for my Tesla that I needed. The spoke to me with care and concern. Would highly recommend the Mavis on Main in MoCo!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I originally came in for an alignment, but after checking my car, they let me know I didn’t actually need one. I really appreciated their honesty—it’s not every day you find a shop that puts integrity first. On top of that, they rotated my tires at no charge, which was an awesome surprise. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ll definitely be coming back to have the other work done that they recommended. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for trustworthy and reliable service!

  Refused to honor a warranty on brand new michelin tires that had a manufacturing defect leaving me on the side of the road, then proceeded to say i had an alignment i never got, instead it was a clerical error and should have been the road hazard warranty i paid for and not an alignment and instead of making it right they forced me to pay full price for the new tire and all the shop techs are children who arent properly trained (kid doing my replacement didnt even know how to put my spare tire up) highly reccomend staying away from the mavis chain in general the are liars and have no problem taking your money over and over again while doing shitty work, not to mention when i had my blow out the day before i went to the rivers road location for a rotation and balance which youd think if they had it on the balancing machine they would have notified me about the obvious defect instead of letting me almost wreck. Again dont waste your time here.

  Mavis Tires & Brakes in Moncks Corner gave us some of the best customer service we have ever received. Everyone was kind, helpful, honest, and welcoming, even on a Sunday, with big smiles and such a positive attitude. Mr. Carl was especially wonderful with us. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions with patience, and was incredibly understanding throughout the whole process. He made us feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for, which means so much. That kind of customer service is rare. You can tell this team truly cares about people and takes pride in what they do. We are very grateful for the excellent service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. A big thank you to Mr. Carl and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. We will definitely come back!
