  Since opening, Valvoline at Foxbank has proven to be the BEST oil change location, hands down. The customer service is excellent and the work is always perfect!

  Eric has wonderful customer service!! We had one issue a few weeks ago with another employee which wasn’t pleasant we came back and Eric remembered us he greeted us and still continued to apologize for his team mate. Although, he didn’t have to he still stepped up apologized, and noted the problem. We thank you Eric and Valvoline team from 3/7 date!! James thank you also

  Manager pickey about what cars they can and will not touch if it's to much effort especially tire rotations also they like to brake evac hoses in ur pipe dipstick tubes alot and won't ever tell the customer leading to pretentional failure

  Ive been to this location at least 4 times since they opened. Always have had a great experience and would have given 5 stars then. HOWEVER, this recent visit was not so good. I had an emailed coupon that was apparently for another Valvoine franchise...but they offered another coupon that worked for this location. I was please to say the least at this level of customer service. Then upon doing the work they showed me the filter and offered to replace it for $1.00. I thought wow what a deal...how could I say no to that? I asked how they could do that at such a good price and the lead mechanic mumbled something that wasn't clear to me and I didnt ask for clarification. Since there is no paper invoice now they gave me a price which sounded high but I presented my card and paid. Then I got an email with the invoice and when I checked it... Sure enough...$1.00 for the filter ... BUT $27.00 for the labor to replace it (which takes 2 minutes max). I usually replace them myself but for $1.00 why would I do that. NOW I KNOW and because of misleading me...I will likely never go back. The savings offered with the coupon was negated with this unreasonable total cost for the filter. BUYER BEWARE!

  I went there January 28 for an oil change. They didn’t have the filter in stock but said it should be in no later than the next day and they would call me. Two days later no call so I called them. Said they would order the filter should be in no later than the next day. Waited an additional two days with no call. Once again I called and the guy said he ordered the filter while I was on the phone. Should be in by the next day at the latest. You see the pattern here. Never received a call. Took my car somewhere else. They called and said they had the wrong filter but the correct one was on the way. An hour later my car was ready. Amazing they could get the filter in less than an hour but Valvoline couldn’t get it in over a week and no follow through. I wouldn’t let these guys charge my litter box. I can’t really comment on the service since I didn’t receive any.
