They added over FIFTEEN THOUSAND miles to my mileage! My car only had 21 thousand miles at time of oil change. They reported it on carfax as having 36,000! Discovered when I went to trade it in! When I went back to location, and showed them my car even by the time I returned only had 23 thousand miles, they had a very who cares attitude, said the most they could do is if I bought ANOTHER oil change, they’d report on carfax again and they’d “make sure they typed the mileage correctly this time” That’s not only insanely corrupt, it isn’t even the correct way to resolve because then it would just show a mileage discrepancy! “Trevor” the manager then said “well when this has happened before that’s what we did” So this is a common issue there! Garbage business.

I’m a simple girl, I don’t need all the extra services that they are constantly trying to push down my throat….as if I know what the heck theyre talking about. You would think that oil change places would know that women dont know or care about whats being serviced on our car. As long as it works and its being maintained. I went thinking I would pay maybe around $70 for an oil change but they charged me $100! And it took them almost my whole lunch break. I’ve gone to closer oil change locations near my job that do a much quicker job and much cheaper. I used to pay $80 for a oil change here. Now its $120??? Nah go to Express Oil Change in Simpsonville for a better service <3
