I was already having a tough time, they were both really nice and engaging. And got my tire fixed really quickly. I am so grateful. Them being so kind and helpful and accommodating really made the stress go away, and honestly made my evening better walking out of there. Highly recommend!!

After spaxing out for a moment, I immediately called Goodyear and spoke with Randy. He said if I get the car to the shop he would have his guy take care of it. After three stops at QT and Spinx gas stations to put air in my tire, and three accidents along the way. I arrived, and was greeted with the most friendly reception, and was told that I have nothing to worry about. Everything would be taken care of, and it was. I am so grateful to Luke for fixing my tire. Great customer service and care given from Goodyear on Mauldin Road. Thank you!!!
