    This afternoon on my commute home, I ran overn a screw which caused a slow leak in my right passenger tire. After spaxing out for a moment, I immediately called Goodyear and spoke with Randy. He said if I get the car to the shop he would have his guy take care of it. After three stops at QT and Spinx gas stations to put air in my tire, and three accidents along the way. I arrived, and was greeted with the most friendly reception, and was told that I have nothing to worry about. Everything would be taken care of, and it was. I am so grateful to Luke for fixing my tire. Great customer service and care given from Goodyear on Mauldin Road. Thank you!!!

    Randy was AMAZING! I came in with a nail in my tire after work and needed a new tire instantly. I knew it would probably be a wait and don’t think they would take my care immediately but they did as soon as he took my keys and I got a new tire and Randy gave me a discount off my tire. If you need assistance please come see Mr. Randy is what customer service should be. Thank you Randy!

    I really appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff is here at Goodyear Mauldin. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, especially Randy. I had gone to the Haywood rd location 2 times before coming here the the experience and vibes were completely different. I love how God redirected my path to visit the Mauldin location. Goodyear, you have a wonderful team here at this location. Thanks guys for the great experience and thanks for being kind to me.
