They loaned me the tools to replace the alternator from the shop's cart. One of the workers even loaned me a personal tool from the trunk of her car. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Fast service and true kindness. They even came out and wished me and my wife well on the rest of our trip. I should've got their names. A tall gentleman who just moved in from California, and the lady that loaned me the tool said she usually goes there on her bike, but luckily for me, she drove her car. They all need a raise.
