- HBHolden Boulter2 days ago4.0Good Service on all my trucks been coming to this location since it was ntb but they always take care of me i wanted to leave a 5 star review I have nothing bad to say at all just there higher ups made a rule saying they can’t service trucks with spacers I have a 1/4 inch slip on so the tires don’t rub I need tires and now the store is losing money but I geuss I will still come for oil changes cause that’s all there allowed to do but great customer service do recommend if u don’t have spacers

- KKKerry5 days ago5.0We came into town from hundreds of miles away in the afternoon of New Year’s Eve. We were having serious brake issues. We called at around 2:00 PM they closed that day at 4:00PM they squeezed us in and diagnosed the issue. I needed a new caliper which couldn’t be installed until after the New Year Holiday. I explained that I really needed to use my truck immediately. The technician was able to get the old caliper repaired enough to safely last until I was able to come back for the thorough repair, after the holiday. Every step of the process from the initial phone call until we drove away was exceptional!

Was ready to leave next day and had a low tire. Took my truck to Mavis and within 30 to 45 minutes had the problem identified (a cracked rim) the tire changed and was on my way at no charge. Above and beyond service thanks to Josh and a great technician. Customer for life. Thanks guys🙏
