- MPMichael PetersNov 16, 20251.0I cannot recommend this shop at all, after not following what I requested, not FIXING this mistake and HIDING it as best as they can when loading my car back up. I paid to have 4 wheels and tires mounted/balanced and that service was great. The problem was the fact that I asked to have all 4 of my old wheels back, and KEEP TWO TIRES ON THE WHEELS. I get back to my apartment and find out they SEPERATED the tires from the wheels! How am I supposed to use these or sell these without paying to get them remounted? Why go through the trouble to seperate them even! It was on the tire machine, it would of taken MINUTES to remount these after YOU made the mistake! This was insanely frustrating and when you don't have all the money in the world it really kicks you down. I had somebody looking to buy these since I have no storage space and need the money and they didn't want them anymore because they were seperated. This was a basic request and basic instructions and when your technicians reloaded them into my car they made sure these two wheels/tires were the most hidden! To make it worse, you screwed me over AND didn't even fix the issue when you knew it was wrong. I cannot recommend this place at all, since places like this are the exact reason people are sletched out by tire shops. Unless somebody here contacts me back and fixes this for free like a decent human being, this place deserves a 0 because who knows what other things they are/aren't doing to our vehicles.
