  Attendant was friendly and helpful in getting my account set up properly! This facility is very gentle on the vehicle and performs a great wash experience. Vehicle looks brand new every time I use this location.

  I love the Take 5 carwash on Highway 1 in Lexington. The staff is always super kind and it’s a very convenient location. The vacuums are clean and they always have plenty of towels and cleaning products for after the wash. I highly recommend.

  I went through the car wash today and came out with a damaged side mirror. The cleaning cloths/strips of fabric caught the side mirror and almost stripped it from the car. The attendant told me the company is not reliable for any damage during the car wash which really sucks to know.

  Please read my message! Take 5 car wash is the biggest scam for any company in the United States !!! I just bought a brand new car two weeks ago, so I had to get a new sticker I went through maybe three or four times and then I go through and the scam company wants to charge me for another wash. Like why scam company. So people if you're reading this and you think you're getting unlimited they will try to charge you for another wash because they're scammers. What you actually have to do is get out of your vehicle and go see the attendant. Most of the attendance at this location are okay but this one guy has a terrible attitude. So yes I got through but ask yourself the question if this is unlimited and you have to get out of your car only after a few car washes is it unlimited to you. I'm a senior citizen I tripped one time having to go find the attendant to let me through. What if I get hurt do I call a lawyer. But this is what take five car wash does to you. They tell you you have a maximum of like 15 car washes per month then it tries to charge you for another wash. The attendance will tell you no it is unlimited you just have to come up and we'll let you through. But I'm a senior citizen and a lot of times the people behind me get upset but I have to get out of my car and they have to wait. This is why this is a scam company they are trying to get you to pay for another wash! Scam company Take 5 car wash you should be ashamed of yourself making senior citizens do this! Scammers! This won't happen to you if you go to the one out on North lake drive cuz you don't have to go through one of their scamming machines. There they just read your sticker and let you through no getting out of your vehicle from the scam company!
