  There was a bit of a wait, but there were a few people before me. I had a leak in a rear tire, and I was prepared for them to tell me it was time for new tires. Instead, they patched the leak, told me everything was good, and didn't charge me! Very impressed, will go there when I do need new tires.

  I thought I had to buy a new tire so I came and he said no you may not have to buy a new tire. It looks good and he asked me what was wrong? And I said I got a nail in the tire. He said nope you’re not gonna need a new tire in all good conscience. I cannot sell your new tire. We’ll see what we can do.

  Customer service was wonderful. Dusty did a great job. He did wonderful job helping me figure out what I needed for my vehicle. Highly recommend. Thank you for fixing my air condition and doing a wonderful job.

  I had a very good experience day before yesterday with Mavis tires and brakes! I went in there, thinking I just needed one thing. It turns out I needed several things done. Carl kwas instrumental in, pointing out my problems and fixing them for me. He and the technicians were very quick and as far as I can tell, they did a great job. I got two new tires on the front and got the front end aligned and now the front end does not wobble at highway speeds anymore. They also repaired a rear tire for me that another Tire Service had tried to repair but failed. And they pointed out that my windshield wipers were all worn out, which indeed they were! I will be returning for any tire and brake work!

  Made an appointment for 9am on a Saturday morning to have my car looked at for a shake/vibration in the front end, and Dusty was the gentleman's name I spoke to. They were supposed to check the balancing and look over the front end and call me with an estimate. I had a friend pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait. I never heard from them,so I called at 4:30 that afternoon to get an update from Dusty. They hadn't touched it. The next day, Sunday, I called first thing in the morning and explained I need my car back. They told me they would get someone on it. Now Sunday, 30 minutes before they close at 4:30, they still never even looked at it. At that point I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and told them I would be there to pick up my car. When I arrived, the gentleman told me he just had to put one more bolt back in it and it would be ready to go, however my car was sitting outside ready to go. I was handed my key along with an attitude because I asked for a district manager's phone number. When I got out to my car the center of the wheel was never put back on, the peace that covers the lug nuts. Again, I was met with nothing but attitude when I asked if they could put that back on before I left. He also needed to borrow my Allen rents to put it back on, so I'm not sure how they were able to get it all. Apparently they don't have tools there. So I went without a car for 2 days, had a friend pick me up and drop me back off, and all for absolutely nothing. These guys are a joke. If you want anything fixed, this is NOT the place!
