  Horrible workmanship. No pride in their work. They will rip you off to look like they haven’t made the mistakes they do. They pay no attention to detail and lie to hide it. I will be filing a lawsuit

  I hit a deer the week before Christmas. I wish I had pictures after the repair but it was flawless. The car is a 2017 Audi SQ5 with a special paint. They matched the paint so well i couldn't tell what they painted and what they did not. Besides the work being to of the line, the service was as well. I am about to write the review of the insurance company and it will not be so positive. The car was still under a factory warranty and an extended warranty. In order not to void my warranties, I had to hand only OEM parts used. The insurance company claimed they couldn't do OEM on some parts including the radiator and intercooler(its super charged). After not getting anywhere with the insurance company, I called John Harris and explained the situation and told them I would pay the difference but only install OEM parts. John Harris told me they would take care of the cost difference and all I would need to do is pay my deductible. FYI the cost difference was over $1000 total. John Harris even had to explain to the insurance adjuster that they ordered the wrong grill badge as my car was a "S" model. I can't say enough about the great experience I received from John Harris and I will hopefully never need their services again, but if I do, I will only use John Harris. I took my buddy there 2 weeks ago after he hit a deer. Reminded me to write this review. If you need body work that is a good as factory and people that you can trust to do what's best for you, just go to John Harris. PS This location has a rental car place in the store so it adds an extra convenience. 10/10, 5 🌟, 100% Rotten Tomatoes
