  I had problems with a oil change at another company. They had put on a wrong oil filter and it was leaking. Express oil change replaced my oil filter with the correct one , topped off the oil and sent me on my way . No charge! Express oil change is now my go to place for all of my cars. They are very professional and customer service seems to be the goal they aim to achieve.

  Took a minute, but the results were worth the wait. These guys were running around trying to get everyone in and out, including me. One even sold me new windshield wipers considering I have needed them for a while.

  Friday was easily the worst Friday the 13th I’ve ever had… until the incredible team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers completely turned my day around. Late Friday afternoon, right after leaving work around 5pm, my car suddenly wouldn’t start. It eventually did, but I knew something wasn’t right because I’ve never had issues with it before. I was honestly terrified something major was wrong. I still had to pick up my kids from daycare, so I drove there and left my car running the entire time because I was afraid it wouldn’t start again if I turned it off. To make things even more stressful, we were supposed to celebrate my son’s birthday the next day and I had a whole party planned. The last thing I needed was my car completely breaking down. After dropping my kids off with their dad, I went to AutoZone where they told me a strange code was showing up. I had read that Jeeps can throw weird codes when the battery is failing, so I bought a new battery — but unfortunately they couldn’t install it. When I got back in my car… it wouldn’t start at all. At that point I was a complete nervous wreck. Thankfully some incredibly kind guys nearby helped jump my car using a lawnmower battery (yes, a lawnmower!). It actually worked, and I was able to drive to Take 5, where they thought it might be the alternator but said they couldn’t help. They suggested I try Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in front of Publix. When I pulled up, the crew was just about to close. I explained everything that had happened, and the woman there immediately reassured me not to worry. She told me they were going to get me taken care of because her job is to keep people in the community up and running, and if she’s still there then they’re still working. She truly felt like an angel sent from the Lord in that moment! They tested both my battery and alternator and, just like I suspected, my alternator was perfectly fine — but my battery was completely dead. The team quickly removed the old one and installed the new battery I had just bought. Just like that, they saved my entire day!! What started as one of the most stressful afternoons I’ve had in a long time turned into such a blessing because of this crew! They were patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help someone who was clearly having a rough day! I’m so incredibly grateful for them!! That level of kindness and care is rare these days, and they truly made a difference for me and my family. Thank you again to the amazing team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers — you all are the best!
