  As a teenage girl it is hard to find a place to get an oil change that doesn’t make you uncomfortable or belittle you. This oil change place was such a great experience for me. It’s obvious I’m not sure what I’m doing. My customer service rep, Jacob, was amazing. He made me feel like a priority and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable and I can say without a doubt I will be coming back. They are so welcoming and all of them are incredibly kind!

  DO NOT GO HERE. I pulled in here 10/28 before a trip to Fl with my own oil. I drive a MB and have ensured proper care of it. II didnt have time to drive to a MB for service and stopped here. Confirmed with all three techs they could provide service. Service was performed and they had some issues it turns out. They let me drive off to FL. 11/09 I was notified of being a quart low. Added 11/09 on 11/11 the hotel noticed me of an oil leak. I went to local service in FL where I was told Valvoline cracked my oil pan last service. 11/16 back in SC notification to Valvoline. They checked and tried to blame my rear gasket. Provided them look that the plug shook and dripped. They replaced plug. 11/24 again 1 quart low. Notice to Valovaline store to talk with manager. 3 days no call. I called 11/30 and 12/02. No replies. Stop by Valovline store 2 other times. Left card for a call and nothing. Contacted corporate through web complaint service I researched to find. I was told 2 business days I should have a call from region, yet nothing now on 3rd of Jan 2026. I will be following up with corporate. Ive added an additional 8 quarts and cleaned many oil spots due to this issue. Avoid this place as they are not trained or certified mechanics or techs. Its another business dodging responsibility to their customers. I notified them within policy guidelines to be ignored and lied to when I had their attention. Valovline has policies that should be abide to or enforced by corporate.

  This store has coupon stating premium oil change $30 off ended up paying $60 for oil change .there’s no difference or very little difference in the price of oil that y’all used . In my opinion the coupon is a gimmick to get you in the store to change your oil so you better ask questions before you get it done .I’ve never Paid this much for a full oil change before so I will never go back to this establishment again which I told him that also he tried to sell me the wrong air filter he tried three times to Put the air filter in so I stoped him and told him he didn’t have the right filter and to put my old one back in before he messed up the bracket that holds filter in it was obvious that he was clueless of what he was trying to do . I don’t think your new business is gonna make it if anything I can do to let the public know you better go to another place to get your oil changed at a reasonable price and also a place that knows how to choose proper filters for your vehicles if the wrong air filter is put in it guess what your engine won’t last long .

  A huge thank you to Jeremiah for assisting me last-minute while on my way home from work.My check engine light came on and my car wasn't driving normally. I pulled over into this location and without hesitation, he checked and noticed #1 I was out of coolant and #2 the new air filter I just received 2 days prior wasn't installed correctly, causing these driving issues. He refilled the coolant, installed the air filter correctly and even put air in my tires. He really took great care of me in a time of need and was very pleasant the whole time, as were the other 2 gentlemen working that day (12/15/25). THANK YOU!!!
