He just paid to get through. When bringing the issue to the attendant, he said just honk next time and we will get you through. There was no offer to refund the purchase with already having a membership. Prior to going into the carwash the attendant gave him two air fresheners and asked for us to complete a review. After the car wash my husband asked the attendant how to cancel the membership. The attendant gave him a QR code to cancel. So here’s the review of how today went.
