  As a customer, I had a really great experience at Take 5 Car Wash, and a big part of that was because of an employee named Terrance. From the moment I pulled up, he made the whole process smooth and welcoming. He greeted me with a friendly attitude and made sure I knew exactly where to go and what to do, which made the experience easy and stress-free. Terrance really stood out because he seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. Before my car went through the wash, he took the time to make sure everything was properly prepped and sprayed down the areas that needed extra attention. As a customer, it’s nice to see someone who doesn’t just rush you through, but actually wants your car to come out as clean as possible. What I appreciated most was his customer service. He was respectful, patient, and willing to answer questions without making it feel like a bother. Even while helping multiple cars, he stayed professional and kept a positive attitude the whole time. It made the visit feel welcoming instead of just another quick stop. You can tell Terrance has a strong work ethic. He stayed busy the entire time I was there, guiding cars safely into the wash, helping other customers, and making sure everything was running smoothly. Even with a steady flow of vehicles, he handled everything calmly and efficiently. As a customer, employees like Terrance make a big difference in the overall experience. His friendliness, attention to detail, and dedication to doing the job right really stood out. Because of the service I received, I would definitely come back to this location and recommend it to others. Overall, Terrance provided excellent service and made my visit to Take 5 Car Wash a very positive experience.

  Take-5 car wash 4530 Augusta Rd Lexington, SC 29073 Bad experience. Guys are always smoking special cigarettes or weed that has a strong fowl smell! I personally was ask to leave because I was cleaning two cars back to back that the guy with the dreads thought I was there for 3-4 hours. If he wasn’t busy smoking and was more alert he would have noticed I was there twice. He approached me saying I needed to leave because our clients are complaining that there are not enough vacuums or spots to dry the vehicle. I told him I’m a paying customer, but you with your big front elevated black SUV and the white gentleman with the Audi are both parked in two vacuum spots! His comment was, I work here and he does as well, and we can park there. Besides the two occupied employee cars and mine, there were still 2 more parking spots next to me. So really I didn’t understand where the work load was being backed up by me? Anyway. I will go elsewhere, because I felt I was targeted and bullied! Unprofessional.

  Went to take five car wash this morning, this is the biggest scam company in the United States. Everyone should know before you purchase a monthly unlimited car wash pass with the sticker they put on the windshield that it's not unlimited. I'm a senior citizen went to the car wash this morning and when I pull in it says you've exceeded the number of washes for the month which is BS because I don't even go everyday and they charge me at the beginning of the month. So I have people behind me beeping at me because I can't get through because it wants me to pay for another car wash which is BS. So I have to get out of my car I trip Yes I tripped and fell being a senior citizen trying to go up to the attendant to open the gate. Yes he opened the gate because even their workers know that this shouldn't be happening I've asked a dozen times why does take five car wash do this to their customers and they say they don't know. So now I hurt myself take five car wash because I'm a senior citizen and this is what you do to older people make them get out of their cars because you just want to see if you can get somebody to pay and make more money! You're a scam company take five car wash I've called your stupid customer service and they just tell me sir you just have to go up to the attendant and get out of your car and they'll open the gate for you because it is unlimited. Well I told customer service I tripped and fell how about that? They don't say nothing they don't care. So before you purchase a car wash and thinking it's unlimited it's not and they'll leave a message to my review here and say all this is alarming or startling please call our customer service. This is what they do you'll find out yourself when you've exceeded the limit if you go almost everyday. They will try to get you to pay for a car wash too because this is a scam a scam company! Tomorrow I'm going to the one on North lake drive and I'm going to talk to them about it and possibly cancel my membership!

  This location is more of a condensed/retrofit location that does not perform as well as the other locations. I took my old truck there last year and it kept leaving marks/soap on the truck. The staff helped me run through the carwash 3 times so I finally gave up, took it home and washed it. Well I since have a new truck. Ran some trash in a parking lot and it shot some type of food like substance on side of the truck. Decided to give this car wash another try with the new truck. It took of the food like substance but switched it out with black marks all down the side of my truck. (Also it is not black marks from tires throwing excess chemicals as I pulled straight forward and then got out to check after my last wash experience here). Ran it through the wash again and it did the same thing, had to take it home and wash it. Needless to say, would recommend saving your money by avoiding this location as the other locations perform 10x better.
