  Don't appreciate having my intelligence challenged by the 2 men inside. I understand they are supposed to try to sell services but they shouldn't argue the point with me when I refuse & attempt to belittle my knowledge of something as simple as an alignment. I went there a while back & a lady was working that had much better customer service skills & wasnt a predatory salesman like those two guys. Mavis will lose money with those guys in charge.

  This is the absolute most horrible place to have anywork done.First time I had them service the A/C and the tech decided to stick his greasy hand in the air duct and now my car smells terrible. I decided to try them again to install tires on to my rims. New tires in the box and they scratch them up. I show the manager the next day and he said he would take care of it. Today he decided it wasnt his problem.

  TRIPLE CHECK THE TOTAL BEFORE PAYING!!! They left a lug nut off of my front passenger side tire and 3 other nuts on the same wheel were a little more than finger tight and only one was torqued down. I could have been killed considering I carry 100 gallons of water and another 1000lbs of equipment in the van. Also they tried to charge me for a front end alignment that I refused and implied that it accidently ended up on the invoice. I'm not an idiot - it was intentional & they were hoping I didn't catch it. Examine the invoice before you pay because they will try to get over on you. I'll be taking all our vehicles elsewhere going forward. This place was good a couple years ago, now its filled with old shady salesman that think everyone's stupid.
