Come to find out, there was a nail in one of the tires. Bill was able to repair with a patch immediately; all in all, I waited maybe 30 minutes. Bill was kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Because I had purchased my tires from Mavis and had the tire warranty, there was no charge. Excellent experience overall for an unexpected tire issue.

We bought the rim and Mavis helped us put it on for $25. Dominic was super helpful and understanding of our situation.
