  The customer service at this location is above and beyond! They were able to get me in immediately and assist with identifying my issue. The tech took a good amount of time to explain things to me in an understandable language and not just mechanic jargon. Derrick went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was clean and inviting. They were honest with their expertise and did not try to up sale or make unnecessary repairs.

  Z, Taylor, Derek, Shawn, and Billy ALL amazing people with incredible customer service. I referred them another client due to the amazing experience I received. Then the person I referred was amazed with the experience she received. She said... She has never had anyone to explain what was wrong the way they did, and they didn't have her car all day, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Her car was running like it came off the showroom floor when she left. Highly recommended, and will continue to refer other's! Keep up the GREAT work!

  I have been going to this store for almost 6 yrs,never had any complaints or issues. Today,however was very different. I have been seeing a few complaints on FB,here and there about Mavis ,in general....but I usually don't pay attention to those things. I had the appointment set up from yesterday,told the guy my issue with a shakey tire,and I wanted to schedule an oil change..."sure no problem,we will look at it and figure what was going on". When we arrived,I saw an empty parking lot,and we thought they were closed. Went inside and saw a customer,and young lady behind the counter,telling me they were open...cool. So,after explaining the issue ,they took the car,and changed the oil...brought me to the back showing me the rotors,and I asked if that was the problem with the shaking..he said no. I asked if maybe it was the fix a flat shifting or making it out of weight..also no. He told me the tires were balanced and didn't know what the issue was. I explained to him that I am going to get new tires,and needed an invoice with a quote so I could send it to the place I work for,because they provide us some tires ...but I needed an estimate and invoice....he said "I'm not allowed to do that"..although I've done it before..he printed a blank copy with no price or tire brand..and basically told me that was all he could do. So....after 6 years of being a customer,I will no longer recommend or go there..I went to another place,and they had ZERO issue with giving me a quote with an invoice..and since they also do other car services,I will be going there...Good luck Mavis..with your empty parking lot and waiting rooms

  Sent my teenage son there for an oil change and took our own full synthetic oil and filter. They claimed we brought synthetic blend instead of full synthetic. So I told them to go ahead and use their oil which they charged $15 a quart for. When my son got home, we looked at the oil that we took and it was full synthetic. Now I’m second-guessing if they even used their full synthetic or synthetic blend if they can’t read. Also, they broke the wheel cap without attempting to fix or replace it.

  Reasonable prices and really honest mechanics. Came in with shuddering on high speed acceleration. Z, store manager got my van right in and Billy(mechanic) did diagnostics, they could of replaced wheel hubs and just charge me cause that what i came in for. But after diagnostics Billy showed that its not the wheel hub issue but bad strut on passenger side and it was visibly moving when pushed and it not supposed to. There was no charge for diagnostics and strut was replaced few months ago at another shop so going back to same shop for warranty. Overall good experience with mavis and honest people. Will be back if need more repairs.
