I went to the Lexington one first for alignment the two gentle men in the office a black man and a white chubby guy were horrible when I asked a simple question at the end of the alignment I wanted to see the before and after specs on the alignment. The black guy got so angry said we are a big company why would not do the alignment. So I took it to Emanuel church rd location on Sunday because it was making noises. Clate w was great he re did the alignment in like 30 minutes where it took 2 hours in lexington.He fixed the alignment and noise went away. Great shop and great customer service

- ASArkus SusewellNov 15, 20251.0I had scheduled services for my vehicle to have four tires replaced I brought the car in at about 1:00 on a Wednesday the team didn't finish until 7:00 when the business closed so it was dark and I was unable to evaluate the work that had been done. The following day I realized that one of the center caps off of my Jaguar was missing and and that my hood was jammed. I needed an oil change and was unable to move the vehicle until I get the fluids in and was told that I wouldn't be able to have it seen about until Wednesday the following week so now my vehicle is stuck because I can't get my hood up to get my oil changed and one of the center caps off of my luxury vehicle is missing.The service was horrible the technicians are definitely rough with handling your vehicle and inadequate with a lot of their processes I would not recommend services from Mavis especially at this particular location (N. Main Street Lexington SC) at all to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I am extremely upset with the fact that my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in and they were very unconcerned with the fact that I was immobile and didn't do anything other than apologize for the mistakes and the errors that they made through servicing my vehicle. HANDS DOWN the worst automobile service that I have EVER received. They also charged me $75 more than what was quoted for the tires to be mounted and balanced

I had all four tires replaced in under an hour; incredibly quick and efficient service! The customer service was top-notch, from the manager and assistant manager to the entire team. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the environment was comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend this location for fast, reliable, and friendly service!
