From being a previous customer I knew they provided free air so I stopped by yesterday to get air after paying at a gas station where the gauge wasn’t working. The machine was a little quirky and air would escape and not go in without holding it a certain way. The young man working the front desk noticed I was struggling some and came out and offered to fill my final two tires for me. He had only worked their 3 days he said. I want to applaud him for going above and beyond when he did not have to do so! I will continue to return to this location when we have tire needs!
- ANAdrienne NieriOct 28, 20251.0They told me nothing was wrong with my tire or wheel beside that the tire was flat & needed to be replaced but it was so obvious they were wrong & I continued to get a flat very quickly. Paid all that for nothing, and now I have to fix it again (have another completely flat tire & something wrong with my wheel or whatever & you know I’m definitely taking it somewhere else this time). Really wish I could have gotten it fixed right the first time especially because of how DANGEROUS it is & how inconvenient it is to be stuck out in the cold rain in the middle of the night trying to get a ride because I sadly had faith in my new tire but it was a lost cause.
