It was explained everyone gets charged this. The total price should be given, no hidden fees that are requied to pay!! The two gentlemen working were very pleasant and just doing theur jobs, following policy.

Did not have my filter in stock so the manager recommended an STP oil filter isn't a good option and not recommended by Nissan. I told him I won a K&N filter. He went to the parts store and came back with an STP oil filter. So I had to walk to O'Reilly's and buy my own filter to get it done. This operation is pathetic. Every time I go in there there's new people to turnover is ridiculous. And I still had to pay over $200 just for the oil. Ridiculous !
