  Horrible workmanship. No pride in their work. They will rip you off to look like they haven’t made the mistakes they do. They pay no attention to detail and lie to hide it. I will be filing a lawsuit

  Excellent customer service. Very satisfied with repair work and appreciate updates during repair. My only question is why they did not replace both headlights ? I have one brand new and one from 2009...I would gladly have paid out of pocket... no one even gave me that option. Many have asked me about that. The body and paint work is so far excellent.

  Very nice waiting area and professional estimator. The estimate prepared by Chase was explained and questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Very good experience!

  I've used John Harris 3-4 times. Very friendly and great communication. The faults lie with the repair and quality control. I should not find problems with workmanship or attention to detail. Word of advice, if it was YOUR CAR would you be satisfied. If not, fix it right there first time or send it back to the crew to do it over. Having a vehicle done early is great, but the repair should be 100%, THAT'S WHAT YOUR PAID FOR. Very inconvenient to keep coming back and forth and wasting my time and gas. 3 strikes, your out. I was military and there's a saying "One shot, One kill", get it right there first time so the customers happy.
