  What a great experience for something that could have been an even more stressful situation after having a car accident. Stephen was extremely helpful & pleasant during the entire process. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner & my car looks beautiful. I highly recommend this location for any of your collision needs.

  I originally dropped my truck off after the accident that my insurance and the other guy at fault insurance recommended. After a month the employees from Gerber dropped off my truck at my house while I was out of town on vacation on Oct. 31st. When I got home I found a chunk out of one of my tires that was caused by the accident so I took it back to get replaced. I got the truck back in a couple of days after I dropped it off. A week later I was changing the oil and found SEVERAL things wrong under the hood where the accident happen and where they made the "repairs". I took it back after I found the issues a couple weeks before Thanksgiving and they told me because of the holidays and that they were backed up to bring it back on Dec. 8th since it was drivable. I dropped it off on Dec. 8th and they said it should be ready by that Friday, wells it's January the 15th and I still do not have my truck back. I have checked on it every week and the last 2 to 3 weeks it's still in the same place and not has been reassembled back yet. They were great at keeping me updated while the insurance was paying for it but because it is warranty work now I keep getting put on the back burner and getting the run around. They put me in a Nissan Alitma which is a far cry from a Chevy 2500. I JUST WANT MY TRUCK BACK! IF it was done right the first time we wouldn't have this issue. They just keep giving me excuses after excuses and they told me that they even found other things wrong that the tech didn't do right after they disassemble my truck that I couldn't see without being disassembled.
