- EEEricFeb 18, 20185.0I had an accident on January 22, 2018 around 7:30pm. I had my vehicle towed to Baker’s the next day and called them to explain the situation. They were very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She always returned my phone calls after leaving a voicemail and always seemed to be in an excellent mood. Everyone here is friendly and has the best customer service skills out there. My vehicle repairs were originally estimated to be completed on February 16, 2018 but they were done a day earlier! I was so happy to get a text message with a photo of my vehicle waiting to be picked up! This was my first accident and they were there the entire process to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I had A LOT. I also love that they have an Enterprise onsite as well, as that allowed me to drop off my rental when I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future. Unfortunately, two days after picking up my vehicle, I was hit my debris from a vehicle. I went back to Baker’s and got an estimate quickly. I will be getting the repairs done at Baker’s as soon as all the formalities with the other party are complete. Thank you!
