I rented a "Luxury" vehicle so that she would be impressed. When picking up the vehicle they said they were out of Luxury vehicles, so they put me in the vehicle they had available. To say it was junky is an understatement. And although, there were plenty of other decent vehicles on their lot, this is the vehicle they offered me. The vehicle did not draw raves from my mom. Instead, she asked my if I had started smoking. This was very disappointing.

From my first contact by phone with the young lady, to the pick-up and drop-off vehicle experiences, I had quick, respectful, and efficient customer service. Even the guys who picked up and dropped my young family were kind and showed personal interest. I felt so welcome, and I will definitely come back to this specific location. Word to the wise: that Sunset location is a whole different story! Had the rudest manager over there tell me off, so MAIN street in Lexington is where you want to go! TY!
