This week's rental, customer service was not great and it took me 12 calls, two texts and two emails to reach someone about a garage door opener I'd left in the car. I would appreciate if the manager would give me a call since I've already sent my information.

I rented a "Luxury" vehicle so that she would be impressed. When picking up the vehicle they said they were out of Luxury vehicles, so they put me in the vehicle they had available. To say it was junky is an understatement. And although, there were plenty of other decent vehicles on their lot, this is the vehicle they offered me. The vehicle did not draw raves from my mom. Instead, she asked my if I had started smoking. This was very disappointing.
