"Ashley " assured me with how far in advance I reserved there would be no issues, well there was. 10mins before our pick up time I received a voicemail call and email stating they don't have a vehicle for my reservation and they will not be able to fulfill unless someone returns but that's not guaranteed. Ashley said if something arrives she would call, well no call and the day is over, enterprise broke our contractual agreement. Ashley told us to call another place if we needed a vehicle. Do not waste your time.
