Contrary to the Enterprise Complete Clean Pledge, the interior was poorly maintained and reeked of stale cigarette smoke, which made for a highly unpleasant environment. Furthermore, the car's exterior was covered in visible dents and scratches, giving it a neglected appearance that is unprofessional for business meetings. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance standards significantly hindered my productivity and reflected poorly on the brand's commitment to quality service.

They were both super friendly and helpful, and it honestly made a stressful situation so much better. I’m really grateful for their help. If you need a rental, this is the place to go! Definitely call ahead to make sure they have a car available — I called about five different locations before finding this one, and they were the only ones who had something!
