He was even kind enough to stand outside in the rain and show me the engine coils and come up with a plan to test them to make sure they were the issue instead of the spark plugs. Tommy went above and beyond and demonstrated such knowledge, customer service, and friendliness. I would recommend anyone, especially any young women who don't know much about cars, to visit this location and get help!
