  I can not brag enough about the customer service and the quality . They are so friendly ,very informative , and offer tons of discounts ! I highly recommend Dylan and his team !

  I am extremely frustrated with my experience at the Lancaster location. I went in for a simple oil change and left with my vehicle damaged. After I got to work, my coworkers actually heard my skid plate crack and fall off in the parking lot. It had been broken in half during my visit. I was told they would order a replacement skid plate and have it ready when I returned to Clinton, SC two weeks later. When I came back, the part still wasn’t there. I was then told it had been delivered to the wrong address, and no one even bothered to call me and let me know. I also waited almost an hour during my visit just to leave with my car damaged and no real solution. Anthony said they would give me a free oil change, but after this experience I absolutely do not feel comfortable going back there. A free oil change does not fix the fact that my vehicle was damaged and I am still waiting on a part they said they ordered. At this point my husband will be handling this because I truly feel like my concerns were not taken seriously from the beginning. It honestly feels like they thought they could brush this off and avoid taking responsibility. Women should not be treated like their concerns don’t matter or like they can just be ignored when something goes wrong. No one should leave an oil change with their vehicle damaged and then have to chase the shop down for weeks trying to get them to follow through on what they promised. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend the Lancaster location to anyone.

  They were great at greeting me asking me what can they help me with gave me a water bottle to drink & they took they time doing they job something ws loose when they was changing my oil & he told me basically they were good & love the communication 🥹🥰

  I had my oil changed today at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change, and I can honestly say it was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. After a frustrating visit at another Strickland Brothers location, I came in a bit hesitant—but Jeff Blackwell completely turned that around. Jeff, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. He took the time to listen, addressed my concerns without hesitation, and made sure my vehicle was serviced correctly the first time. His leadership was clear in how smoothly the team operated and how respectfully they treated customers. It’s not often you see someone take that level of ownership and pride in their work, but Jeff truly sets the standard. Because of him, I’ll absolutely be returning to this location for future services and recommending it to others. Outstanding customer service all around.
