One time the oil cap wasn't on tight enough, and some oil splashed out and caused some smoke. I called with my concerns and they told me to come back for another oil change on them. I'm so sad I didn't get the names of the people who helped me 10 minutes before they were supposed to close on 10/20/25. The two people who helped me answered my questions about a weird noise my car was making and were so understanding when my payment method was acting up (tap to pay didn't like my virtual card, thank God manual input work!). This place is so fast and convenient, which does reflect a little in the price, but you really do get your money's worth. Seriously, you should go to this location because the people are helpful, hard-working, and compassionate.
