I pulled in the second they rolled the bay door up and expected to be presented with attitude. HOWEVER, it was quite the opposite. Arnie gave us waters and had a great sense of humor. He immediately started cracking jokes with me and my sister. Eli helped me get into the bay and started my oil change immediately. I can almost guarantee you had we not been talking and making jokes we would have really been done in 10 minutes. They went above and beyond. Absolutely loved my experience with Arnie & Eli

So convenient as well because as a mom I don’t have to drag my kids out the car! They give everyone in your vehicle a cold bottle of water. We confirmed Strickland Brothers would be our oil place just from our first visit. All the guys have excellent customer service. On top of all of that THEY DO NOT PRESSURE YOU INTO BUYING ANYTHING EXTRA! They’ll offer or suggest but that’s it. Thank you Eli,Jeff,Dylan and Arnold(manager) you guys are awesome! We’ll see ya’ll again!
