The past several times I had gone in, the staff was rude, bitchy, and expressed their dislike for changing the battery in one of my vehicles. The staffer complained that he didn't get paid to do mechanical work. Didn't tighten cables back. Then, auto zone lost an online order to be delivered and charged me twice. When I sought to straighten the problem out they caught attitude. I have since been an Oriellys customer and seriously could not be happier. I should have left auto zone a LONG TIME AGO!

- JCJameson ClarkOct 12, 20251.0This was my go to parts store in Laurens until today. Asked for 2 spark plugs and they add on extra dielectric grease without asking or saying anything. I didn't ask for this and they charge me for it and add it to my total. I asked the store manager why they would add something I didn't ask for and he just stared at me and didn't answer. I asked for a refund and left. This will be my last trip here. O'Reilly is right next door and they'll get my business instead.
- NYNyemia YoungSep 7, 20251.0I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I had a bad experience that was avoidable. When I walked in they were super busy so I hopped in line. I called ahead referencing a battery. The young lady on the phone was very helpful. The young lady that I spoke with was busy helping a customer. I got to the front of the line and let the gentleman know that I called about a battery but wanted them to check before I paid to ensure that it was the battery. The young man didn’t say too much and didn’t greet me upon approaching the register. He came outside and checked and said “battery’s good, alternators good, starters good. Idk it’s confusing, have a good day” And walked away. I took it to my mechanic the next day. It was my battery. My mechanic was questioning his business ethics, as the issue could’ve already been resolved. Autozone is usually my shop but I’ve better service with the Mauldin location, over 35 minutes away. I just feel as though he gave less than bare minimum and someone should be aware. I was friendly, patient, and understanding of the store being busy.
