  Bathroom was ok, garbage cans outside was over flowing. Washer fluid outside was almost empty. And you can see trash bags sitting by the pumps. Cashiers was rude. Got food from Wendy’s. And cashier was rude. What’s going on with that place ?

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truckers need to stop here! I had an excellent experience at the Pilot Travel Center, and this location truly sets the standard for what a travel stop should be. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place is well cared for and professionally run. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean—honestly some of the cleanest I’ve seen on the road. Everything was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly maintained on a regular basis. That level of cleanliness really stands out, especially for travelers and drivers who rely on places like this during long trips. The store itself was just as impressive. Everything was organized perfectly, making it quick and easy to find whatever you need. The shelves were neat, fully stocked, and laid out in a way that made sense. Whether you’re grabbing snacks, drinks, or travel essentials, you don’t have to search around—it’s all right where it should be. What really stood out to me was how efficient and welcoming the whole environment felt. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and keeps everything running smoothly. It’s not just clean—it’s consistently maintained, which makes a big difference when you stop at a lot of travel centers. Overall, this Pilot Travel Center is a top-tier stop. Clean bathrooms, an organized store, and a well-run operation all around. I highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through—you won’t be disappointed.   At first I was upset then cooled off but after I went to the auto parts store I decided to leave this review. I was planning on spending the night and a few projects I was working on. As a otr expedite driver I drive vans and semis and on this particular day I was in my van. I was working on a model train which was imported from Brasil and working on cleaning my EGR valve. Since I travel with my dog I had these 2 items under my van with my model train sitting in brake fluid stripping the factory paint off and my EGR soaking in brake fluid. If so ething is sitting under a vehicle normally means DONT TOUCH IT or even along side of it! The yard guy cost me around 520.00;today as he decided to throw them out while I was inside getting a fountain drink. Let me tell you after I got my van to Dillion to get a new part I was really at my boiling part. Now the model which is around 40.00 has a tariff charge as well....this just adds to many reasons why I hate pilot, that and overpriced food! Again tell your employees if something is sitting under or along side a truck specially with a company name leave it alone!
