Clean bathrooms, different options for food including an attached restaurant, and friendly staff. I feel so bad writing this review but I have never felt so belittled when someone spoke to me as I did today with Dean. I hope he was just having a bad day, there's no way someone that rude could still employed. I wanted to reach over and punch him in the throat.

We give so much money and time to be treated like crap.. pilots around America need a new CEO or sell it to loves or road ranger so upset with almost every single pilot and flying J. I want my thousands of dollars back from them.

A few weeks ago i bought thier pizza. It was under cooked and i got sick from that as well. Yes I should have checked myself. No it should not have been there in the first place.
