  Edit: I got in touch with the manager and he made everything right. The customer service I received couldn’t have been better once I was able to get in touch with him! My Escalade has been leaking oil since I had it changed and I cannot get in contact with anyone to make it right

  I am extremely frustrated with my experience at the Lancaster location. I went in for a simple oil change and left with my vehicle damaged. After I got to work, my coworkers actually heard my skid plate crack and fall off in the parking lot. It had been broken in half during my visit. I was told they would order a replacement skid plate and have it ready when I returned to Clinton, SC two weeks later. When I came back, the part still wasn’t there. I was then told it had been delivered to the wrong address, and no one even bothered to call me and let me know. I also waited almost an hour during my visit just to leave with my car damaged and no real solution. Anthony said they would give me a free oil change, but after this experience I absolutely do not feel comfortable going back there. A free oil change does not fix the fact that my vehicle was damaged and I am still waiting on a part they said they ordered. At this point my husband will be handling this because I truly feel like my concerns were not taken seriously from the beginning. It honestly feels like they thought they could brush this off and avoid taking responsibility. Women should not be treated like their concerns don’t matter or like they can just be ignored when something goes wrong. No one should leave an oil change with their vehicle damaged and then have to chase the shop down for weeks trying to get them to follow through on what they promised. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend the Lancaster location to anyone. Not to mention I had oil all over it. We thought the oil pan was actually cracked! Thankfully it wasn’t! But still.

  4-17-2026 got my oil changed today and i have always got decent service with strickland bro but today i met the new manager and he has got it organized great and talked to me and explained everything they done. He has made a difference and the workers are good as well it’s like a different place now great service and great personalities

  Not sure what is going on with this place whether they are understaffed or had a company turnover or what but it has been terrible. Never had a problem before for years. I drive up, they greet me, tell me how long, then I'm in and out, boom done! Now...I literally can't even get in. Last week we rolled up and there was only one car in front of us already in the bay so it should have been super quick. We waited there for 30 minutes and had yet to see a single employee so we left thinking they were short staffed. Waited another week and came back. Same exact thing. Only one car in the bay and sat there for a good 20 minutes and no one even came out to greet us. We saw two guys in there looking lost as can be and moving at the speed of a sloth. Noticed it wasn't going to be done anytime soon so left again. Still don't have an oil change. Looking for somewhere else this week that will actually be able to do it since this used to be my go to place.

  Went to get an oil change and the old man lifted the hood to check the oil needed, then slammed the hood down before making sure the hood prop rod was in place. Litterally bent it in half..not only did they not have the oil but he bent the the rod. Lovely
