  First, I want to acknowledge that Ashley provided excellent service and was very helpful. Unfortunately, aside from her, the overall customer service at this location has been very poor. This location consistently overpromises and underdelivers. Making a reservation here seems pointless because when you arrive on time, the reserved vehicle is often not available. However, if you arrive late, you’re told the vehicle you reserved was already given to someone else. Customers are then offered a smaller vehicle or an “upgrade” at an additional charge. Being caused to be late for appointments due to these delays is unacceptable. Customers should not have to book and pay for a rental an entire day early just to ensure they have a vehicle available for a same-day commitment or event. The location also appears to be consistently understaffed. Phone calls frequently go unanswered, making it difficult for customers to get updates or assistance. As I write this review, the phone is ringing continuously with no one answering—something I also experienced yesterday. The staff member working the desk has not been very personable. There is little greeting, no effort to acknowledge waiting customers, and no communication about expected wait times. Customers are left sitting and waiting without any information. Since this appears to be the only car rental location in town, it sometimes feels like there is little urgency to improve the customer experience. If vehicles are not physically available at the location, they should not be offered for reservation. This has become an ongoing pattern and is very frustrating for customers who rely on accurate reservations and basic communication.

  Very disappointed with Enterprise. I made a reservation online, the money was charged from my card, but when I arrived they told me there were no cars available. I wasted my time driving there for nothing. This is not professional and feels misleading. If you don’t have cars, don’t confirm reservations and charge customers.
