I sent an honest review directly to the company from a survey they offered about my first and previous experience. Back then it was two employees who attended me and they were real apathetic and disrespectful. They were extremely slow. One I know for a fact his name was keshaun. This time keshaun was supposed to change the oil from bottom meanwhile dwayne was attending me and in the end they could not do anything because they said they were not qualified to handle a free oil change provided by their company and that I will have to come back another day when a manager is in the building. I said no Im not coming back because I already don’t like this place from the last time and decided a free oil change wouldn’t hurt only to be turned away because they were too incompetent to figure it out. As a reflection of the manager and the company, the employees there sure do a good job at representing what type of bottom of the barrel talent they can scrape by with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and they aren’t running out of business fast enough in my opinion.
