Since he didn’t have one, my husband said he could use ours, but needed to drive home (10min) to get it. The guy helping them said that was fine and they’d be there when my husband came back. Well, my husband got back and went up to the door and they’d turned the lights off, locked the door, and closed. The guy who assisted them was still there at the desk, so my husband knocked on the door and stood there for 5min. The guy looked up at him, then looked back down and proceeded to ignore him until my husband left. My husband went back the next day and Enterprise tried to charge him more than what the reservation was made for. They did take the price down a bit, but it was still more than the reservation. The unprofessionalism is baffling. I contacted customer service to make them aware of this. I hope this changes bc I would really love to leave a positive review, as this location is very convenient for my out-of-town friends and fam.
- TRTamela RiggsDec 11, 20251.0Rented a new suv from Enterprise and the smell was so heavily perfumed that I had an asthma attack and had to drive the car with all the windows down in 35 degree weather to prevent myself from having another attack I would have returned the car. Had I not been in a position where I had an immediate need for transportation. I had to get someone else to return the car for me because even after the second day, the smell was still so strong I still couldn’t breathe.
