Making it look more welcoming and the rugs really need to be replaced ASAP! Especially since there is a strong smell of mold. Put in a coffee ☕️ maker, it may cost the company but it will go a long way in the residual income in the long run. Because you have over 1, 000 people that are moving to Lancaster sc a month. These people expect more and you have to give it to them in order to stay on top. Update, upgrade and upstage the other car rental places! Now to your staff. If your facility was as great as your staff you would be Golden. You staff was very efficient and they were not slow! They moved to get people taken care of. Since there was 3 of us waiting for a car. Hence the reason to have a coffee maker😊 The car was clean and running well. I hope I don't have to use Enterprise again for the reason I was there, which was because I was rear ended 🫤 but I would use Enterprise if I needed a rental car. Thats it I hope your listening Enterprise
