  Take the other reviews with a grain of salt, I live here in the area and locals are very fickle. Plus, not everyone reviews when they get good service, but you can bet if they have any inconvenience, they will shout it from the rooftops. One of the best Enterprise locations I have ever worked with. And I live in rental cars for work, I know a good one from a bad. Definitely a small but mighty situation, despite their numbers they are committed to making things work for their customers. They are professional, understanding, and very good at what they do.

  I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Absolute worst experience EVER!!! Booked a car rental 3 days ago for my step dad to go home to NY with. We were supposed to pick it up today, it was reserved for a mid size car. I called at 1Pm to find out what time I could go pick it up they told me between 5 and 5:30. It was about 35 min away from me and about 10 min Before we get there they called and told us they only have a compact mirage available. That’s not what we reserved THREE DAYS IJ ADVANCE. That is not a car we reserved or wanted/ felt comfortable driving 900 something miles all the way back to NY. They claim they have nothing else available and that was it. Not even an SUV or anything we told them we don’t want that car and this was booked 3 days prior. They told me they have been “trying” all day to find another car and none were available. Like are you kidding me and WHY when I called at 1 PM was I not informed of this if they hadn’t had it all day! And of course the Time that they told us to pick it up everything was already closing. So I called customer service with enterprise talked to probably five different people then customer service and they told me that one would definitely be available within 30 minutes since I had to drive 30 minutes longer all the way to Charlotte to go get the proper car. I show up to be told that they don’t have a single car at all so now we are running around stressed out trying to find a car did not get one when we needed to leave tomorrow. The two people at Lake Wylie did not seem empathetic or sympathetic towards any of this. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be putting in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for starters and I will not let this go. This needs to be made right I drove 35 minutes to get to the first location and then another 34 minutes to get to the airport for absolutely nothing so I drove a total of an hour out of my way wasting my gas money that I don’t have for absolutely nothing. This is the worst experience ever I will never use enterprise again. I will tell every single person that I know to never use enterprise. I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire life with a company and people who just kept giving me the runaround and wasting my time and my gas, so if you actually took the time out to read this, I highly suggest you run the opposite direction and never give them your business ever.

  The employees here are very customer friendly. Not only did we have a great experience with the rental, but after returning the vehicle, we realized we forgot some important papers inside it. We called back and they were able to recover them and hold onto them for us to retrieve the next day. Thanks so much!!!!!

  I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for a while now, and I just want to say how consistently outstanding the service has been. Even with a new team—new manager, assistant manager, and new staff—the level of professionalism and care has remained exceptional. I especially want to highlight Carter, Joey, and Grant. They’ve gone above and beyond every time, making me feel not just like a customer, but like part of the Enterprise family. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care make every visit a great experience. I truly appreciate the service I receive every time I rent, and I look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard—this is why I continue to choose Enterprise.
