  Thursday, February 26, 2026. I booked a 1/2-ton pickup at the Lake Wylie location in SC (Confirmation 15943300301). One year prior, I had the same issue. I called the location and asked if they would have the pickup; they told me no. I called customer service, requesting help to find a vehicle near the location. The person on the phone said she would escalate the issue and that the manager would call me to help me find the vehicle. That did not happen. On Friday, I received notifications (text and email) to do the check-in; I thought the issue was resolved. I did the check-in and paid (Rental Agreement 2J2GZO). Saturday morning, they did not have the car. The incompetent person at the front desk could only say that he did not have the car and could not do anything—no help to find another one, no help to call another location, nothing. They leave you with your problem even after you pay I called customer service three times to get my money back. They all said they would escalate the issue and someone would call me, but I received no calls and no money back. Christopher you have my contract number and data why you don't call me? I am tired to call and not get any solution.

  I use this facility weekly for work car rentals. This team has by far been the best and most flexible to work with. They are there to correct any issues if something arises. I have had issues with online rental availability both corporate and the third party software my company uses and this team found ways to get me in a rental and on the road quickly. Rock Hill location is just too busy to work with you it seems and this crew has been far more enjoyable to work with.

  Pick up the car next day it was very cold out and my low tire indicator showed on the dash as well as a maintenance requirement message. Drove back to Enterprise they checked it said it was low just because it was cold outside, added air and sent me on my way. Now a day later the light is on again this time I checked with a tire pressure gauge back left tire down to 17 lb clearly I have a leak. I will have to bring it back to them once again I hope they can get me right back out the door.

  This experience was very unprofessional and may warrant employee reprimand. After my vehicle was stolen on January 6, my insurance arranged a rental through Enterprise. I called multiple locations to find a large SUV comparable to my vehicle and was told by Grant that one was available. When I arrived, I was shown an Expedition that had an odor. I was then told a Wagoneer was available but had been smoked in; however, the Expedition also had a smell, so I requested the Wagoneer. A second associate then stated the Wagoneer was not available, contradicting what I had just been told. That associate, taller gentleman with a low haircut and earrings, displayed a hostile attitude throughout the interaction, refused to provide his name, and behaved as if he wanted to fight in the store. When I contacted a regional manager friend to secure a vehicle at another location, I assume they believed I was calling about them and then attempted to deny renting me an SUV altogether. Overall, this location was extremely unprofessional. I would never rent from them, and leadership should review security footage and implement additional employee training.
