- GGGwendolyn Galloway5 days ago5.0First all, I had went to the one on Evans in Florence and they refused to help me. The guy who drove my car was kind of rude as well. However, I went to Lake City and they helped me. I had just bought this vehicle and it needed a transmission service. They took my car in and did the service for me in about 30 minutes. Everyone there was very helpful. Anthony, who works there, was very nice and informative. I greatly appreciate the fast service, the information that was given to me, and the reasonable price of the service itself. I just want to give another shout out to Anthony who was genuinely nice and personable. Friendly and approachable. He made the process very easy. Thank you Jiffy Lube of Lake City. I will be coming back there. I would rather go there from Florence than have to deal with the people here in Florence, SC.

- MHMartin HannaApr 20, 20262.0Service is ok. However, the company I work for, we get a company discount in which I use to get it all the time. Now it’s changed because I bring my own oil and filter. I’m being told something different, sometimes with an attitude! Now I get told I can’t give you a discount on top of a discount, when they even cut out vacuuming your cars. So less service but more funds!! When I was always getting a company discount and a lil discount for my own oil and filter. In order to get it, I have to purchase oil and filter from jiffy lube. Which I get a company discount from where I purchase my oil and it’s a lot reasonable than what jiffy lube trying to sell me. David is a solid guy whenever I do run into him there.
