I also received coupons in the mail from Jiffy Lube and Ramona answered all my questions with such understanding and sweet responses . The day I went in and got my oil change Ramona gave me a great break down of what I needed after the vehicle inspection and also offered their services . She made me feel even more comfortable because I’m a female so of course people only thing we know the basics lol but she broke everything down and time frames that I should watch out for . I will definitely be using Jiffy Lube in Lake City again for my next vehicle service especially with Ramona breaking everything down and the time frames I should watch out for within things on my vehicle.
