I was in an accident on Monday and was told to come in Tuesday at 10 a.m. to pick up a rental. I showed up on time, only to find the building empty — no staff inside, security cameras turned off, keys left out in the open, and the safe wide open. I had to walk through the entire building to the back where they wash cars just to find someone. Once I finally got help, I was told there was a hold on my account. I came back today, and the hold was still there. I asked the man at the front counter to call corporate to help resolve it. His response: “I don’t call nobody.” I then asked for a manager — instead of helping, he went to the back, pulled up another customer’s car, and never returned or spoke to me again. Not one employee inside the branch stepped up to assist. I called Enterprise support multiple times, only to be hung up on by Tier 1 reps and even by someone named Stephanie in escalations. When I was transferred back to the branch, someone picked up, I heard them talking in the background, and as soon as I said “hello,” they hung up again. This experience has been completely unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way — especially when already dealing with the stress of an accident. Enterprise seriously needs to reassess how this location is being run and what kind of customer experience they’re truly providing.
