J went in and told them and they went and checked video footage and then looked at the truck went back and said they had video of it cranked when I drove in. Asked for a picture and was told to leave my number as they couldn’t show this picture to me. It’s right in front of the driver so I know it wasn’t there when I drove into the car wash. They are very rude when I asked for a contact person and business card they refused any information. Don’t think they Stand behind there services and are just trying to cover themselves. I’ll never return to this car wash again. Reading other reviews seems to be there policy to not be responsible for there equipment. Truck is a 24 model with 18k on it and looks brand new.
