- MMMary6 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience at Valvoline. After getting my oil changed there, my engine started smoking almost immediately, and I ended up needing expensive repairs. When I went back to the shop to ask for help, the manager, Kevin, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the situation, he basically told me to get lost. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to stay away.

They last time I had my oil changed was around $40. They didn't believe until I showed them the receipt and indeed my receipt was $37 and some change.
