I finally got instal scheduled only to get a call and email saying it was pushed up to an earlier day. I drove an hour to that auto station only to find it wasn’t even open. The person I spoke with said they had no record of changing my appointment and couldn’t do anything about it. I decided to bypass Intoxalock and I called the original location to keep the appointment I originally had. After spending 8 hours at the auto shop Intoxalock technical support couldn’t get them the right wiring and I had to leave and bring my car back yet again! I spent over 13 hours trying to get the IID installed and Intoxalock said because I got a $100 service rebate that there wasn’t anything else they could do. They own another company for IID so there aren’t many options, but the communication and way all of my installation was handled was a nightmare!!!
