    Stellar Service, Communication, and Pricing - my truck needed new tires, new break pads, had a busted CV Axle, damaged rotors, and a rusted snub shaft. Together these were a massive effort and could have been an enormous cost. The team at James Island Tire Choice - Tristian and Art being a couple of the standouts - kept me well informed the entire time and updated me on how different things were being taken care of. They worked with me on pricing options and discussed the challenges honestly and openly. After making calls to other shops around town and listing the same issues for a quote, Tire Choice was the best value by a substantial margin. When I wasn’t speaking with the mechanics, I spoke with Stephanie at the front desk, who was equally as friendly and down-to-earth. It was refreshing to deal with real people who genuinely cared about the health of my vehicle and the health of my wallet. I would recommend them to anyone with any vehicle issues.

    We love that they got us in right away once we called about fixing our tire which we discovered had a slow leak from a nail puncture. We probably should’ve done this as a drop-off vs. waiting for it as it took longer than estimated. They did have to replace the tire so everything turned out great!

    This review would be five stars if I didn’t have such a long wait. Otherwise the staff here is friendly and honest. I was prepared for needing a new tire (or four!) and all they recommended was a $25 patch. I appreciate this level of honesty and service.
