  I went to this location because it was close to me and I had a Groupon for an alignment. When they were finished, they told me they had trouble getting the jam nut off and the Groupon did not cover the entire cost of the alignment. When I bought the Groupon for $85, it said it was worth the $135 that this place charges for alignment. But instead, I was charged an additional $173 on top of the $85 I had spent on the alignment! Today I took the vehicle to Firestone for a tire rotation. They said the last people that serviced my vehicle (Tire Choice) had stripped the rear passenger lug nut and stud, and I would have to pay to get that replaced ($230). I would not recommend this Tire Choice to anyone. EDIT….Just got vehicle back from Firestone where I was told most lug nuts were loose from previous service as well. BEWARE OF TIRE CHOICE FOLLY ROAD!

  Staff was very slow and fairly unprofessional. When I first arrived (right when they first opened), there were two guys there. Took the one guy forever to finally check me in. I was going to wait there while the work was performed, but it was taking them forever to get started, so I left to get a bite to eat. I tried to call to get an update and the lady who answered hung up on me twice. She was barely intelligible. She finally forwarded me to the actual shop and I was able to convey that I wanted them to replace two tires and perform an oil change. Upon completion of the work, they failed to reset my car’s maintenance indicator and they installed tires that were new, but absolutely filthy. Will NOT be going back to this place and will NOT be recommending it to anyone else. Will also leave a review on Yelp, which is how I found the place to begin with.

  I blew a tire on my boat trailer on January 1st. It just so happens that Tire Choice was not even a mile away. They were open, which was nice, and had two tires in stock. They replaced two wheels on the spot. Great customer service and did a great job.

  I had taken my car to several places and Tirechoice was the only place that found the leak and fixed my tire!! Other places said it was ok or tried to sell me new tires!! They were super nice a quick!! Please come here for quick, honest and nice service

  Unreliable service. Had noisy tire on a day had to travel. Booked an appointment for 9:00am but when I got there was told no techs had shown up so they could not perform the service. They did not call me in advance to tell me this. Only positive was guy at counter was very apologetic and friendly and I got a call back @2pm to say that they could now help me. But by then I’d got service elsewhere.
