Booked an appointment for 9:00am but when I got there was told no techs had shown up so they could not perform the service. They did not call me in advance to tell me this. Only positive was guy at counter was very apologetic and friendly and I got a call back @2pm to say that they could now help me. But by then I’d got service elsewhere.

My car unexpectedly had a serious problem on a Sunday afternoon, ABS locking up right as I was driving by the Tire Choice Auto Service Center, so I pulled in to see if they could help. I was in the area visiting family, scheduled to be on the highway heading home that night. They very kindly went out of their way and worked overtime to get the parts and to get me back on the road safely, making sure that I was safe to drive several hours home, and that I understood the damage, work needed, and cost, every step of the way. They did not have to spend their Sunday helping me; and I would never expect that; I can't thank them enough.
