  Lucas made the rental process as seamless and easy as possible in a time when I was feeling frazzled by my own car’s surprise issues. The service was offered with care, kindness, and sincerity that I deeply appreciated and solidified that I can always return to this location if a need arises again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to rent from!

  Easily the best experience I’ve had with a rental car pick up. Lucas, Joe, and Tom deserve all the credit for that. They were extremely friendly and professional all around. I will remember this place next time I need a rental car.

  When I was looking for places to return my rental car from a one-way trip from Jacksonville,Florida, I was surprised to find one on Folly Road because I've lived there for going on three decades and low and behold it's right there. They were very quick processing the return and when I jokingly asked if they still did the "Enterprise will pick you up and drop you off" thing from like 10 or 15 years ago, he asked where I live which was only a few miles away and he said sure. He said they can't do it long distances or off the island though which is understandable. I had my finger on the ride share-button and was shocked when he very happily drove me home. It's clean. Great customer service. I'm so glad we have an Enterprise so close now!

  By far the best rental experience I’ve had in Charleston. 😊 Everything at the James Island Enterprise was smooth, fast, and convenient from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely helpful, making the whole process effortless. Pickup and return were quick and easy, and the overall experience couldn’t have been better.
