  The vacuums never really work. I just ran my car through the wash and pulled up beside another suv so I could get the exterior detailed. Two employees came out and detailed the exterior of the car beside me and both walked off. I waited a few minutes and got out and walked inside. One of the employees that worked on the car beside me was slouched down in a chair on his phone. I asked him if I missed something and he said that he was on break. I said you just worked on a car beside me and his reply was "yeah I know but I have to go on break when they tell me. I only get thirty minutes. " I'm still sitting here waiting. I don't type fast so it's taken me a while to submit this. Very unprofessional!!

  I just went through the car wash today and did the inside and outside. I know I should really wash my car myself and stop my monthly charge for unlimited, especially when the staff misses so many spots and pollen and it’s on black leather and black areas. I don’t understand why you would not see to wipe and clean if that’s your job. I know they want a tip, but I’m glad I didn’t do it today. My fault, my problem.

  First time at take 5 on lake Murray blvd and I was not disappointed. There was a few suds left on the car when I got out of the wash, although, the 2 men that did the interior service did a phenomenal job. I will be seeing them again.

  I took this membership out 3/9/26. $24.99. My account was charged again today 3/19/26 for $24.99. No manager or anyone to help when I went there just now. Gave me a card to call. I held for 20 minutes. Before it made me leave my number and email. No customer service. Wow.
