- KKKacee4 days ago5.0We took our truck here to get all new tires about a year ago and then today I needed one of them to be fixed for a flat we got luckily they were able to patch it. They are always so nice and get you in and out quickly with quality work! Michelle at the front is a breath of fresh air and has the best personality. They let you know what your car needs done but are not pushy about it. I would recommend them to a friend and will Definitely be back for any services needed.

Dave took great care of me from start to finish. He explained everything clearly so I understood my options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Dave even went back to my car and brought my drink to me before taking the car into the shop, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Great service, honest communication, and genuinely kind people. I highly recommend this place and really appreciate Dave going the extra mile!
- CLChris LittleMar 13, 20261.0I walked in today 3/13/26 around 2pm. There were no customers so I assumed the trip there would be quick. I asked the man behind the counter about cost of tire rotation. He said $100, $25 per tire. I did specifically say "rotation" and not "alignment" or "balance" so there couldn't be a misunderstanding. I declined and went to the Mavis on Harbison. I asked the same question, and they told me this is a service they don't charge for, or if they do it would cost $19.99. I have done business with the Woodrow Street location in the past and was told tire rotations cost $50, I would then tell then NTB charges $25 and they would do it for $26. I will be doing business at Harbison since they're prices are correct.
