Chad, the Branch Manager, runs a tight ship and ensures a high standard of customer care that is evident the moment you walk through the door. It’s clear that leadership here priorities a smooth, stress-free process for every client. A huge thank you to Hadley and Kyra as well. They were both incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly, making sure all the details were handled quickly so I could get on the road. It is rare to find a team where everyone is so consistently helpful and attentive. If you’re looking for a rental experience where you’re treated with genuine respect and efficiency, I highly recommend this branch!

A Customer Service representative informed me my vehicle will not be ready until 3:00Pm. I payed for an Uber ride 30 miles away to be dropped off at Enterprise on Garners Ferry Road. I was dropped off a mile away close so that Enterprise could pick me up.I called location, a young man (Manager) answered, and I reminded him of the conversation we had early morning about having my car ready @3 PM. He placed me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes only to come back and tell me they do not have a car for me. Remind you Enterprise website will allow you to reserve a vehicle and once it's time to pick up your vehicle and arriving to your location “ we are out of cars”.Representatives have nasty attitudes as if you are bothering them or they are the dole owners. STAY AWAY FROM GARNERS FERRY AND BROAD RIVER ROAD LOATUONS!! If you call and complain, you are directed to an overseas call centers…District and Regional managers never return your call.
