I had such a great experience! David, the store manager, truly went above and beyond. He changed my oil, replaced my tire pressure sensors and rotated my tires all in under an hour. The entire process was efficient and seamless. I highly recommend making an appointment online. It was incredibly easy to schedule and definitely helped keep everything moving quickly. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I brought my lunch because I wasn’t sure how long I’d be there. When I realized there wasn’t a microwave in the waiting area, David offered to heat it up for me in the break room. He brought it back warmed up and even brought me a drink. That level of kindness and attention to detail is rare. Truly the best service ever. The pricing was also very reasonable, and I did not feel like I overpaid for the services I received. Everything felt transparent and fair. As a young woman, I’ve been to several places for oil changes where I’ve experienced a lack of transparency or felt pressured about issues that didn’t seem necessary. I didn’t experience that here at all. Everything was straightforward, honest and professional. Safe to say I’ve found my place. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

David and Michelle are the nicest people you have ever met. They DO NOT take advantage of anyone ESPECIALLY woman. They are old school where they respect your elders and woman. With that being said I was there when that Pregnant woman was in there. David and Michelle were so respectful to her they both took her downstairs and showed her what they RECOMMENDED not once did they say ANYTHING about calipers. So NO everything that woman wrote is a LIE THEY ARE RESPECTFUL TO WOMAN! THEY DO NOT AND NEVER WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! THEY DO THERE JOB! This Mavis in Irmo is the BEST ESPECIALLY David and Michelle. I am a woman who has always been treated right by them. I will never go anywhere else.

Women, beware. I would not trust this company. I can't speak for everyone that works there, but I can certainly speak as to the professionalism and trustworthiness of one of the gentlemen that works there. My wife had a nail in her tire resulting in a small leak that then resulted in a flat tire. Normally, we do our own car repairs. However, needing a quick repair, and with me working that day, my wife took the car to the shop to ask about patching or replacing the affected tire. The nail was in the tread and was certainly in a spot that could have been patched internally. However, they recommended replacement of the tire. Sure, that is likely the better option but it is certainly not the case that the tire is "irreparable." I get for liability reasons that they would not, and I am fine with paying for the replacement. However, what I do have serious qualms with, is that the shop then decided to take a look at my 30+ weeks pregnant wife and assume they could take advantage of what they presumed to be her ignorance. They recommended to her that not only the damaged tire be replaced, but that all 4 tires needed to be replaced. Not only this, they stated that the vehicle needed new brake pads front and rear. My wife called to speak with me after his recommendations, being that what should have been a couple hundred dollar repair maximum somehow turned into nearly $1,500 of recommended repairs. The gentleman on the phone stated to me that "all four tires were seriously worn and that the tread is reading so low they 'won't even tread water.'" Not only this, he then went on to state that the brake pads were so low it was dangerous to drive the vehicle and that I need to get them replaced ASAP because "the calipers are about to explode through the rotors." This is a ridiculous statement and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This is not only an impossibility but fear mongering sales tactics aimed to upsell unnecessary repairs to my pregnant wife that he took to be an idiot. I will never allow this shop to perform any further services on my vehicle, and I would warn others to not let them fear monger you into unnecessary services as well. To do this to anyone, much less a pregnant woman, is disgusting behavior. I would be wary to have any services performed by them. Do yourself a favor and find another shop. For reference, I am writing this review after I went and replaced the brakes myself this weekend after hearing their recommendations and finding this information. You can see the picture below of the new brake pads compared to the ones that were on the vehicle. The pads were not even 50% worn and by no means were the "calipers about to explode through the rotor." Also for reference is a picture of the "seriously worn tires that will not even tread water," which are not yet down to the wear indicators. Do with this information what you will. - Caleb

I got a hole in my tire and my husband was at work so I threw the doughnut on and took it to this shop. They saw a woman come in with kids and suddenly I needed 4 new tires and new brakes all around. I called my husband and had them talk to him and they told him “these calibers are gonna blow through if you keep driving on them”. So he said change the one tire and nothing else and when I got home he took the tires off to change the brakes and the brakes still have 60% life left. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. The tires will need to be changed in the next year but they are not an emergency either. Beware because they will fear monger and try to oversale if you don’t know what you’re looking at!
