Even though my truck was eventually “terminal”, the service manager Matt was so had the best attitude and was always open and honest about what they were trying to do. And the receptionist, I hate I don’t know her name, was always positive and actually seemed like she enjoyed her job. If I ever need anything done with a vehicle I will use them.

When I pulled into the shop today (06/10/18), all I could do was smile because my car didn't look like it did when I first drove it there. The John Harris staff was great with providing me a status on the repair and Scott was awesome! My air stopped working after the accident and now I will be getting a diagnostic done by the dealership to see if it was caused by the accident or if it just stopped working. The John Harris staff explained what I needed to do and all is well. Thank you John Harris for a job well done!
