They knew I was coming, but when I arrived, I was told they had no vehicles available because they were severely overbooked — despite me being the only customer there. Instead of helping directly, they redirected me to a mechanic down the road. So they did not do the vehicle switch, as I was told by roadside assistance. Instead, they literally sent me to their mechanic. To me, thi was a serious lack of quality customer service. The experience put my trip at serious risk of delay, though the mechanic was quite professional and nice. Enterprise Irmo’s lack of preparation and support was very disappointing. When a customer is stranded with a mechanical issue, the expectation is that the branch will prioritize resolving the situation quickly. Sending the customer to their mechanic was simply NOT ideal. So, I would caution others to be aware of potential overbooking, lack of availability, and poor customer service at this location.

First answer was no we don't do that which they market as a benefit of there service.They agree to pick up at 4pm-430pm Monday. No one ever showed up and no one answered the phone the many times we called.Had to get a ride to Irmo office. Then when we showed up we asked what happened to pick up and then all the excuses began depending on who asked everyone had a different excuses. So if you want your loved one to be lied to and left abandoned at the agreed apon location choose this one.
