I tried calling back but couldn’t get anyone to answer because they don’t open until 8 am. I then had to scramble to find another rental car and am now going out of my way to pick up at a hertz which is not only making me late for my work day but also making my children late for their school day. I’ve used this location for work before and haven’t had an issue but the fact that you call when you know no one can call you back to ask for help with a last minute cancellation on yalls end. My whole family’s day is messed up now. Thank you for that.
