  I thoroughly enjoy my local AutoZone! I buy parts for my car there all the time but today was a good one as I met an associate named Rory this young man from White Knoll help me pick out the right radiator gave me great quality Customer Service very pleasurable person to speak to and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to go on here because I’m very impressed that I had to leave a review and let you guys know that Mr. Rory is doing an outstanding job at AutoZone and I look forward to seeing him every time I come in he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my family and I get the parts that we need for our vehicles five stars plus ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Came to get a new battery for my car key. The key is very simple, all you have to do is unscrew the back. I take it there and the guy working says he doesn’t have a screwdriver. You work at AutoZone and don’t have a screwdriver.

  Literally could not have been a worse experience. Came in for the $41.99 deal with Motor Oil, Air filter & cabin filter. It took 30 minutes and all 3 employees to figure out what I was telling them the entire time. They REFUSED to try “Mobil” brand filters in conjunction with the “Mobil” brand motor oil. The “Manager” Tyrone Robinson quite literally refused to help the new associate Xavier with the process. I even asked him to help us to figure it our and he just kept telling me the computer was right when it was trying to charge me $139 for 2 sets of the $41 deal. Finally a young woman (Katlyn I think) stepped in and was able ti realize that all products needed to be “Mobil” brand, and helped us ring out. Do better training!!

  Hi my name is kelvin Griffin. I am a retired Richland County police officer.. I walked into the AutoZone in Irmo which is store 892. I made contact with a manager by the name of Tony Tony was very pleasant. I was wearing my hunting outfit when I reached in my pocket I realized I left my wallet home I had recently purchased a car and I needed some fuel injection cleaner but I was short on the money $2 short I had $10 with me and the bill came up to 12:19. I explained my dilemma to Tony and he immediately reached in his pocket and gave me the money. And I thanked him several times and he act like it was nothing but it was very good customer service to me with people like that working for your storage AutoZone I'll be sure to visit that store again I just thought someone should know and I just wanted to come in a worker Tony
