  Had my car serviced on March 31 and then went out of town for three weeks. When I came back there were a few spots in my driveway so I took the car back to Valvoline on April 20. Lesley, the manager, was amazing As was Zach, the technician I used this time. They quickly got me into a bay, Checked the oil and found that it was full. So they took off the oil filter and quickly surmised that the gasket on the filter was not in the right place. Voila!! Always fixed and I was out in five minutes. Excellent service by kind and caring people!

  Just got a new used car a month ago and I have come here for an oil change, a transmission fluid update, and a tire rotation. All very reasonably priced and they take great care and they don't keep you there long! Great job guys and I'll see you next time!

  Absolutely the nicest group of people to be around!! I know nothing about cars and they were so helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Travis and Mak rock!!!

  Everybody was very attentive and very hopeful. They double checked everything asked me multitude of questions and did a great job. I was in and out in a very timely fashion.

  Went in on Friday, got oil change and transmission flush. Had to go to Durham about 3 hours one way, on way back from Durham, NC. Transmission started slipping. Smoke coming out everywhere. Burning off exhaust. Get home next morning at valvoline to see what the hell they did to my truck. All transmission fluid was gone from engine. They put more in said that should do it. Said the plug did not seal. So had a fishing trip planned for Lake Murray, SC. Well here I sit again at valvoline for my transmission slipping again most of transmission fluid came out again. So now im sitting here at the store since 8 waiting for a parts store to open up so they can fix it right. My recommendation is to stay away from Valvoline in Indian Land SC. Off of Dobyns rd. Now they cant get part till Monday. They wanted to use thread tape so the oil will eat at tape and heat can melt the tape. So as I go to Florida I will have same situation. Never offered me to have my truck clean and only offered me a free oil change. I have been a regular customer here. Time to find a new place. Stay away, stay far away.
