After a few minutes, the lady comes out and says you’re gonna have to take it somewhere else because we can’t take off the plate covering the oil filter. Later I find out they stripped a screws. I first scheduled a free tire rotation across the street at Mavis but when I was arriving they told me they were 2 hours behind. I took a chance and came here and I had no wait and my time is worth the charge to rotate some tires! Great job team.
